To celebrate the opening of Oxford we brewed the second of our collaboration brews ‘Pint Shop & Friends’, this time with renowned Dutch brewer De Molen. We travelled to Holland back in July to brew a West Coats inspired Pale Ale, which we ‘dry hopped’ with Grapefruit. The beer will be pouring throughout the opening of Oxford. The name Hoog & Droog translates to High & Dry, a nod to one of Oxfords most successful musical exports.
